Returns & Exchange

House of Aviar garments are produced in considered quantities, with a focus on fit, fabric and longevity. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it correct, within the framework below.

Return window

We accept returns requested within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Items must reach us in their original condition within a reasonable time after your return is approved.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, garments must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free from odours, marks, or damage
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Items returned in a used or damaged condition, or without tags, cannot be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Where possible, we will offer a direct exchange for the same style in a different size.
  • If the requested size is not available, we will process a refund in line with our return terms.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of a confirmed fault or an incorrect item being sent.
  • We recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

  • If you believe your garment has a manufacturing fault or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and your order number.
  • Approved faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, including reasonable return shipping costs, at our discretion.

How to start a return

  • Email us at atelier@houseofaviar.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps, including the return address.

House of Aviar is built on discipline and respect for the garments we make. We ask that returns are made with the same care.
